"Children's Day", as an event, is celebrated on various days in many places around the world, in particular to honor children. Major

global variants include an Universal Children's Day on November 20, by United Nations recommendation. Children's Day is often celebrated on other days as well.

In Argentina we celebrate this day the second Sunday of August.

  1. *yes I know… Syria is a country not only don’t celebrate this Day. But it’s a country where kids are slaughtered and bombed each day… since 15 March 2011, when the Syrian free people starts to call out for their freedom.
